The Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Legume Systems Research is supporting legume research in West Africa and Central America in three Areas of Inquiry (AOI):

• Area of Inquiry 1: Integration of legumes into sustainable smallholder farming systems and agricultural landscapes
• Area of Inquiry 2: Integration of legumes within local/regional market systems, including trade
• Area of Inquiry 3: Analysis of sociocultural and/or economic motivators or barriers to legume utilization at various stages and scales within production and market systems

A request for concept notes has been issued for AOI2 and AOI3. An informational webinar will be held on June 11, 2019 at 11:00am EDT in the U.S. (GMT/UTC -4 hours) to address any questions regarding these calls for concept notes. Please submit questions prior to the webinar through the contact manager for AOI2 and through the contact manager for AOI3. Registration for the webinar is required and can be submitted here. The webinar will use Zoom software, with additional call in options. Please register and join the call before the scheduled start time as first time Zoom users may need to download software.
