This project management webinar will provide an overview of the key competencies, skills and tools that development professionals can use for effective project management. Tools discussed will include problem/solution trees, scope and risk management/analysis, and stakeholder and resource mapping. This will be led by Maureen MacCarthy, founding partner at Mission Critical Development Inc. MacCarthy has over 25 years' experience developing and leading trainings working with NGOs in both international and domestic development. About the Horticulture for Development Professional Series
The Horticulture Innovation Lab is hosting a series of nine webinars focused on professional development for researchers, students, practitioners, and others interested in the intersections between horticulture and international development.
Webinars are scheduled for Thursdays, starting at 11 a.m. EDT and will last approximately 90 minutes.
Webinar participants are invited to select individual sessions of interest. Participants who actively join all nine live webinars will earn a Horticulture for Development Professional Series certificate.
