Please join the Food Safety Network for the launch of our 16th new distance learning module, the topic of this module is Food Safety. Developed by the Food Safety Network (FSN) partnership, including U.S. Government regulatory agencies and Texas A&M University, this suite of web-based courses is intended to provide foreign officials and other stakeholders with an overview of key regulatory issues for food safety. Topics include, history of the U.S. food safety system, the value of a modern food safety system and core organizing principles for food safety system modernization.
