AgN GLEE 2013: Primary Principles and Pathways for Reaching Nutrition through Agriculture

Session Objective: Participants will understand a conceptual framework of the linkages between agriculture and nutrition that guided the development of the AgN-GLEE Landscape Analyses. This session also introduces core principles for improving nutrition through agriculture, identified through an extensive review and stakeholder consultation.

 

The Bureaus of Global Health and Food Security, in collaboration with the Strengthening Partnerships, Results and Innovations in Nutrition Globally (SPRING) project, hosted the fourth Agriculture and Nutrition Global Learning and Evidence Exchange (AgN-GLEE) on Tuesday June 18, 2013. This day-long event focused on a key priority in the U.S. Government’s international development and investment strategy: the integration of agriculture and nutrition strategies and activities.
