Abbie Phatty-Jobe
Abbie is the GSMA AgriTech Programme’s Knowledge Manager. In her role, Abbie is responsible for staying abreast of the latest trends in a quickly evolving digital agriculture space to keep the AgriTech team and partner industry practitioners informed. She leads the team’s engagement with agritech players and external event organisers, building and maintaining strategic knowledge-sharing relationships. Abbie’s role also involves carrying out evidence-based research and producing insights on best practices, trends and opportunities in digital agriculture.
Prior to that, Abbie worked with several development organisations and mobile operator, Africell in The Gambia. She holds an MSc in ICT for development (ICT4D) from the Royal Holloway University of London.
