Ahmed Mustafa Elnour
A development and humanitarian aid practitioner, with an over eight years of experience with international NGOs and UN agencies. In all his assignments, Mr. El-Nour work and expertise have always been centered on five key/major areas; namely childcare, protection & education, livelihood support, emergency/humanitarian interventions, behavioral change communication (BCC), and projects/program monitoring, management and evaluation. His overall strengths and competences are in projects design, management, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, personnel and resources management including management of budgets and spending, auditing, and analysis of data and information. He also has an excellent experience in program restructuring and change management.
