Alaaeldin Baioumi is social development practitioner with Twenty seven years of experience working in Economic Development sector as senior management and Advisor. Has an excellent experience in working with the international organizations in both Kosovo and MENA Region (Egypt; Jordan and Iraq). He got an excellent MSME professional management; Financial Education and employability advisory and Capacity building for MFIs in different capacities and maturity. In addition he has professional experiences in working in saving products for vulnerable Youth and female headed households including IDPs. He is specialized in using Youth Saving groups and VSLA-Village Saving and Lending techniques to economically empowering Youth and women. Alaaeldin has touchable experiences in providing advisory enhancement to Youth Employability interventions including Vocational Education Training and apprenticeship activities. Has a professional work with various programs/projects donors (E.g.: USAID, EU, UKAID, African Development Bank). He had professional skills in Entrepreneurship and Apprenticeship Skills Technical organizational Development advisory themes (including: Vocational Training & education, Apprenticeship and Entrepreneurship initiatives, Management and Leadership; Assessing MFIs training needs, Training of Trainers and others). He provided set of short term consultancy and final evaluation activities for UN & INGOs in MENA Region., He is one of the founder of START Microfinance Institution in Kosovo; Ezdiharouna Microfinance Association in Iraq and Youth businessmen Association at Qalyoubia in Egypt.
