Angela Records
Dr. Angela Records is a Science Advisor at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the Bureau for Resilience and Food Security (RFS) and the Deputy Lead for the RFS Research Community of Practice. Dr. Records holds a B.S. in Biology from Baylor University, an M.S. in Biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and she earned her Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from Texas A&M University, where she studied plant-pathogen interactions.
