Dear members,
I am kenyan working in Qatar. I am passionate in farming and in my stay here I have been able to attend farming platforms where I learn more and how the qatari are able to fight against food insecurity by investing alot in considering this a desert place.
In 2017, I plant grafted passion fruits with aim to produce more and start a personal company for value addation. The fruits have a life span of 5 years when well maintained.
This year I am planning to start a project of growing pumpkins and butternuts with aim to produce 10-100k pieces during this rain season.
