Ghana Regional Extension for Cocoa Health and Extensionn Division(CHED) in Western North Region Ghana Cocoa Board

I have worked with a number of International Organizations such as International Cocoa Initiative(ICI) as Community Facilitator and Assistant Programme Office on ILO/ICI Cocoa Communities Project(CCP), International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) under the Sustainable Tree Crops Program (STCP- Ghana) as a Farmer Field School(FFS) facilitator, Master Trainer and Participatory Extension Specialist(PES), AgroEco Louis Bolk Institute, West Africa as Assistant Project Leader/Master Trainer and currently am working with Cocoa Health and Extension Division-CHED(Ghana Cocoa Board) as Region Extension officer(REO) for Western North Region. . My experience and expertise are proven in the areas of food security, Agricultural extension, Project management, Community Mobilization, Behaviour change communication, Child Labour, developing farmers training guide, Organising Radio Programs, Community relations, training farmers by using participatory tools to facilitate community driven processes. My experience in capacity building includes developing and implementing capacity building plans for relevant stakeholders as well as providing them with technical support to be able to implement project activities. This includes Training of Trainers (TOT) and developing the skills of partners in the use of participatory tools and methodologies.
