Our company, JUA Technologies, provides a solar dehydrating product called Dehytray, developed at Purdue University's Agricultural & Biological Engineering program, with funding from USAID and USDA. The Dehytray is being used by small- to mid-size farmers, food processors, and home users on four continents to simply and efficiently dry fresh food products using solar energy. Our technology is backed by research and field tests in North America, Africa, and South America. Our mission is to positively impact lives world-wide by improving food security and profitability in small grower agriculture.
