Katie Garcia is the Acting Director of the Office of Market and Partnership Innovations in USAID's Bureau for Food Security. Prior to joining the Agency, she managed USAID-funded projects in Latin America and Caribbean and served as an agroforestry and environmental education Peace Corps Volunteer in El Salvador. She holds a Masters in International Economic Relations and a Bachelors in Anthropology.
