BOGA Laetithia

China PhD Candidate Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS)

Laetithia is a PhD candidate at Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Her current research focused on bioactive peptide from Pekin roasted duck. She obtained her Master degree in Food Science and Nutrition at Felix Houphouet Boigny University (FHBU) of Abidjan (Cote d'Ivoire). She is expert of risk assessment and sanitary & phytosanitary quality management. She has been attending many conferences, symposium and workshop across Cote d’Ivoire and China. Some are listed as follows: (1) International Conference on Nanotechnology and its implications in agriculture and food sector 2016 at Beijing Convention center (Pekin, China); (2) International Conference on Meat Science and Technology and its advancements in Dalian 2017 (Dalian, China); (3) International symposium on Meat science and Technology in Hubei Hotel Beijing in 2017 (Pekin, China);  (4) International Seminar and training on Foxtel hybrid Millet at Zhangjiakou Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2018 (5) (Zhangjiakou, China).
