i am food engineer working for the food safety and quality authority of the Gambia but currently on a study pursuing a MSc in Food Science at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural science. am current doing research on the development of cheaper alternative mycotoxin detection methods at the mycotoxin detection laboratory of the Oil Crops Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural sciences.
