My professional focus has always focused on building partnerships and collaborations in support of improved programming for development. Over the past 5 years, my focus shifted towards agricultural development, specifically private sector solutions to productivity challenges. At Partnering for Innovation, I use knowledge management and communications to support technology partnerships in Feed the Future countries.
Prior to Partnering for Innovations, I worked at the Knowledge Driven Agricultural Development project to build build learning communities that advance agricultural development through Agrilinks.org, with in-person knowledge sharing events, and by supporting the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on an array of food security initiatives. I have also worked with a variety of nonprofits, government agencies, and businesses to apply monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, management, and sustainability principles to their work. I think work should be as fun as any hobby, which for me, include riding my bicycle, making coffee, cooking, running, reading, and currently, planning my wedding!
