My name is Lisebo Mothepu. I am a Doctor of Philosophy candidate in Food and Nutrition at the Durban University of Technology (DUT) in South Africa, under the Faculty of Applied Sciences in the Department of Food and Nutrition: Consumer Science. I hold a Degree of Master of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition.

Over 5 years’ experience in Natural Science Research under Applied Science in Food and Nutrition, Community Nutrition and Food Security both in South Africa and Lesotho. Ability to conduct qualitative, quantitative and experimental research both in rural and urban areas.
