I'm an ecosystem scientist working to help USAID and our partners implement development programs that will be robust given the additional challenges that climate change presents, and that will help meet the US Government's commitments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and avoid the worst consequences of climate change. Previously I've provided technical advice to the Stewardship Index for Specialty Crops, a tool to help growers and buyers assess the sustainability of specialty crop production; advised on agriculture protocols for carbon registries, and conducted research on water resources. All my work has focused on making science useful and understandable to a wide variety of stakeholders.
