Sarah McClung

United States Technical Advisor JSI

Sarah McClung is a nutrition and agriculture advisor supporting three projects at JSI: USAID Advancing Nutrition, USAID/Ethiopia Studying Animal Food Markets in Rural Areas (SAFIRA), and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded Upscaling Participatory Action and Videos for Agriculture and Nutrition (UPAVAN). Ms McClung joined JSI on the Strengthening Partnerships, Results, and Innovations in Nutrition Globally (SPRING) project on the Linking Agriculture and Nutrition Team. Areas of interest include nutrition-sensitive agriculture, food systems, market-based interventions, food safety, and implementation research. Ms. McClung holds an MS in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and a BS in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell University.
