A graduate of the EISMV of Dakar (Senegal), I worked at the Ministry of Livestock in Niger since 1990 where I held several positions: i) head of veterinary district, ii) Regional Director of Livestock and iii) National Director of planning and monitoring&evaluation.
From 1993 to 2000, I've worked in agricultural extension and natural resource management projects.
Since 2010, I've been Director General of the Agropast-Consult Design Office which has carried out a lot of work in the field of Rural Development, pastoralism and agro-pastoralism. I provided several training sessions for farmers, ranchers and other rural actors in value chains and as well as in the strategies for involving these actors in agricultural policies.
I also collaborated with networks of regional farmer organizations such as ROPPA, RBM and APESS and participates in most West African meetings on issues related to pastoralism and transhumance.
