Plantations et Huileries du Congo (PHC) is the largest industrial palm oil production company in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). All of PHC's palm oil is sold locally for Congolese consumption, meeting a significant portion of the domestic demand for this staple of Congolese diets.  With over 7,000 employees, PHC is also the largest private sector employer in the country.

PHC's vision is to create shared prosperity through agribusiness. The company's Community Development Program supports community agriculture initiatives to strengthen food security and nutrition in the regions where PHC operates. The company is also a partner in the DRC's national Agricultural Transformation Agenda,  which aims to combat poverty and food insecurity through the promotion of agriculture across the country.
