Experienced PME with a background in Political and Social Sciences, and 5 years of evidence-based research and assessment for planning, M&E, and policymaking purposes. Involved in and knowledgeable about issues relating to rural communities, food and agriculture, women, the environment, and sustainability. Eager to observe, analyze, and solve problems using various methodologies related to social research. At the PME unit for 2,5 years have managed and developed PME for 4 projects and provided a database on the cadre and profile of self-reliant rural people organizations based on the asset mapping in 18 districts.
