I have 10 years of experience in Research Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (R-MEAL). i worked with key stakeholders, collects, analyze, and report on data. Along with the Lead Technical Expert, i prepare specific data collection methods and tools, administer the tools, and collects data in the field. i ensure information gathered is shared quickly and in an appropriate format with the management team and Lead Expert so that any problems arising can be addressed. I leads recruitment, training, and supervision of field data collectors and supervises interviews and consultations, as well as any briefings to the project stakeholder
I am a self-motivated person with good communication skills and capable of working under tight schedule independently with minimum supervision to deliver the best result that meets the highly standards of the Creative. I will demonstrate my experience and knowledge to ACTED.My strength is the ability to adapt to new environment and learn very fast as I interact with communities and Environmental Science being a multi-discipline course has nurtured my individual strengths.
