Veronica focuses on strategic, sustainability planning for cultural development - food system growth, art sector enhancement, and heritage site preservation - in emerging markets. Fifty countries and eight years of leading projects and programs for startups, social enterprises, NGOs, and development organizations, Veronica's career has been guided by her mission to connect people.

She provides independent consulting to develop bespoke engagement strategies for projects, tailoring her work to local consumers and the latest digital and engagement trends. Veronica is an expert under pressure with experience working for governments with tight timelines, curating unique events to introduce social enterprises to investors, and managing complex needs of UHNW individuals to take groups to some of the lesser-traveled areas of the planet; she prides herself on bringing fresh ideas while delivering excellence.

Veronica is currently the Head of Marketing for MEST, the largest nonprofit to offer Africa-wide technology entrepreneur training, internal seed funding, and a network of hubs providing startup incubation. MEST was founded in 2008 and has invested $24M in 60+ companies and 350 entrepreneurs. With locations in Accra, Ghana (headquarters); Lagos, Nigeria; Cape Town, South Africa; and Nairobi, Kenya, Veronica is responsible for the marketing and communications efforts for an external community of 15k+. Veronica designs brand and content strategy, and she manages execution across MEST's core programming while also leading Marcom for programs with partners such as Microsoft, Mastercard Foundation, GIZ, IFC, and more.

Veronica actively consults. She works with firms such as Context Global Development and Digital Natives on projects with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, General Mills, USAID, Kenya's Ministry of Tourism, Village Capital, select UHNW individuals, and many well-known startups and social enterprises.
