Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Legume Systems Research is seeking cutting-edge legume systems research proposals for Area of Inquiry 2 - Integration of legumes within local/regional market systems, including trade. The Legume Systems Innovation Lab will focus on three areas of inquiry (AOI):

• AOI1 - Integration of legumes into sustainable smallholder farming systems and agricultural landscapes
• AOI2 - Integration of legumes within local/regional market systems, including trade
• AOI3 - Analysis of sociocultural and/or economic motivators or barriers to legume utilization at various stages and scales within production and market systems
