Angel has considerable international development and national public policy experience in Economic Policy Management, Development Finance, HIV and AIDS, and Inclusive Development Interventions in Entrepreneurship, Agriculture, Mining, and Environment. He is a published author under the Extractive Industries and Development project of the United Nations University World Institute for Development Economics Research (UNU-WIDER) and has written or contributed to many strategic plans and related documents in the course of his consulting career for a client list that includes UN family organisations, specialised agencies such as the World Bank and ILO, government ministries and agencies, bilateral international development agencies, civil society organisations, and private companies.

Angel’s knowledge and experience spans institutional governance, management; and coordination and collaboration within and across sectors in line with the Whole-of-Government and Whole-of-Society approaches. He has Big 4 consulting, World Bank, private sector, and civil society experience with specialised Development Finance knowledge. He has added skills in organisation management, accounting, auditing, risk management, and consultancy acquired over a professional career of more than 30 years. Angel has an established track record of tactful, diplomatic, and effective engagement with informants and other stakeholders across all sectors at the international, national, and sub-national levels of consultation and information sharing.
