Cassava Option Consultants & Marketing Limited was register in 2010 with the primary aim of providing a profitable permanent solution to food & nutrition insecurity, women/youth empowerment, poverty reduction and mass unemployment opportunities in Kenya through the proper utilization of cassava. Our strength is in large scale farming, value addition, sales and marketing. Our number one edible product is called Garri which is the Staple food for most West/Central African countries; this product provides a healthier and nutritious option to products derived from maize and wheat. In the process of making Garri, livestock feed and starch are obtained as by-products.
