Fifteen (15) years plus progressive experience in diverse institutional setups at key managerial, strategic and leadership role in national and international developmental and humanitarian settings including UN FAO. Managed integrated Food Security and livelihood programs in complex emergency settings. Designed and supervised the implementation of 25 food security and livelihood projects under the cash based programming during the post flood and crises response funded by ECHO, USAID and OFDA. Developed CFW strategy for effective implementation of cash based programming. Build the capacity of staff in food security, livelihood including livestock assets protection and nutrition project for increased performance efficiency and achieving impacts of the projects. Developed proposal for 20 FLS projects and secured funding for implementation. Have a leading role in advocacy for improving the food security and livelihood status of the vulnerable and disasters affected communities at national, provincial and district clusters and working groups.
