After seven (7) years in secondary and middle education (high schools and colleges) in Senegal (2002-2009), sanctioned by a CAES (certificate of aptitude for general secondary education) from FASTEF (University Cheikh Anta Diop from Dakar), I came to prepare a Master in heritage, then a doctoral thesis that I have already defended and finally a Master in digital transformation at the University of Lyon in France, with an ERASMUS research and study grant MUNDUS of the European Union. In addition, and before my arrival in Europe, I obtained a DEA (diploma of in-depth studies) in geography (environment, ecosystems, sustainable development) and a Masters in political science (ecology and public policies) at UGB ( Gaston Berger University) in Saint-Louis, Senegal. But, apart from these long university courses, I also followed several short courses in various European cities (Geneva, Brussels, Bucharest in Romania, Paris, Saint-Étienne) and with the Francophonie (IFDD, Quebec in Canada) on various issues such as sustainable development and ecology (climate change, heritage, geopolitics, leadership, cybersecurity, advocacy, energy, food security, association management, English, etc.) which also had to strengthen my intellectual level and my CV . I also followed three practical training courses: with the service of National Parks and Water and Forests of Senegal (2006); with the Métropole du Grand Lyon in digital transformation (2019); with UNICEF France-Loire (2016). Currently, I am the "Country Representative" (or ambassador) of the NGO EMA (Erasmsus Mundus Association) in Senegal (Africa) for the promotion of higher education and research. Finally, I would like to point out that since 2017 I have been working with local authorities (Saint-Etienne, Loire, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region) within the framework of local democracy as a member of the "Consultative Council of Foreign Residents".
